The RBC supports the United Way of Greater St. Louis as a cost-effective and efficient way to support more than 170 non profit organizations helping over one million people across our region. Since 2001, the RBC has raised more than $110 million in contributions for the United Way. In 2014, RBC companies raised over $11.3 million for the United Way campaign.

  • Women’s Leadership Giving Initiative (WLGI) is a unique way to value the contributions of women, while increasing the diversity of donor involvement for the United Way. In 2014, more than 475 women in RBC member companies contributed over $1.3 million to the United Way as a part of WLGI
  • The Charmaine Chapman Society (CCS) is made up of African American leaders who support the United Way. In 2014, over 60 CCS donors gave more than $1.1 million to the United Way campaign.
  • The Alexis de Tocqueville Society (AdTS) consists of high-level donors who commit at least $10,000 to United Way each year. In 2014, there were more than 160 AdTS members from RBC companies who contributed over $3.4 million to the United Way.
